• Custom Solutions: Custom-built solutions are non-refundable once the development phase has started, unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.

• The request must be submitted within the eligibility period outlined above.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
• For technical issues, you must allow our support team to attempt to resolve the issue before a refund is granted.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Services that have been fully rendered or products that have been fully delivered.
• Costs associated with third-party integrations or services.
• Any add-ons, upgrades, or optional features once activated.

• Processing Time: Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 10-14 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. Ember AI is not responsible for any additional processing time by your financial institution.
